Had to dig in the dreaded attic, eldest son's partner has got into knitting and he wanted me to look for my late wife's patterns and paraphernalia.
Could only find stuff for her knitting machine. She made lots of baby clothes for the kids, some still lurking up there.

Along with lots of other crap found these

Camera had difficulty focusing.
Shoes are tiny, youngest grandsons, he is 19 now.
Doll was his mothers, MIL bought loads of them for her when she was about six years old.
Haven't a clue about the model cars. Must be a couple of hundred in that box.

While it looks great Jim, I'm certain that it was better when you were there.
Last year and on many previous occasions I have taken photo's in woods similar to that and always found that they never quite capture it. Probably the sounds, smells and things in our peripheral vision that are unnoticed at the time but play a very large part in our experience.

Encountered this from behind and wondered what it was. Took the photo from the front and of course the driver wondered why, was perfectly sanguine with my explanation of the logo change and how it applied to the FCF.

Have to say that I far prefer the older shiny ones.

From the lions mouth
PEUGEOT has launched a new logo and brand identity in only the 11th update to its iconic lion emblem since 1850. Created by the PEUGEOT Design Lab and featuring a roaring lion’s head inside a coat of arms, the new design is part of PEUGEOT’s latest brand identity developed around the concept of ‘time’ and living in the moment.
One minute and six seconds takes you through the 11. There is a 22 minutes 7 seconds version presented by Linda Jackson (at the time the brand new Peugeot CEO), in the most boring corporate style ever, if you look for it. Maybe that's why they go for the overly loud soundtrack in this short version.

Yes, you're right Steve, the photos, however you try, never quite captures it...

A repeat of "Nigella Bites" was on my telly the other day - I noticed that Nigella was using a dirty great (highly polished) Peugeot-branded chopper!
