Needs a diagnostic as it could be the fault of a recent firmware upgrade that has caused this if applicable, sensor (s), the parking assistance ECU, wiring or reverse detection sensor - you get the picture.

I'm just listing possible causes, but without any fault codes it will be purely guessing, but bear in mind that it needs a professional diagnostic to be honest as generic OBD II readers won't cut the mustard on anything other than basic codes and generally can't read the constructor-specific codes or any specialised equipment codes.

Ideally it should be read by somebody with Diagbox Version 9.**. Version 7 won't work for this late a model.

Have a look at our list of members who have offered Lexia / Peugeot Planet 2000 / Diagbox Diagnostics help if you haven't already seen it - link below:

At the end of the list is a link to a Google Map, showing the geographic locations of members and details. Just use the Private Message or Email links on the member's profile to contact anyone suitable.

List of Lexia / Diagbox Owners with Kits Offering Help

Bear in mind, although we update the list as often as we can, not all members are active on the Forum all the time, so it may take a while for a reply.

Citroen will charge you about £120 standard fee for up to an hour of diagnostic time if the above doesn't help.
