Right then just when I thought I had finished all my jobs I started the car with the bonnet open and a puff of exhaust fumes from the front of the engine.
Appears to be from under the turbo heatshield at the turbo to dpf joint and after some research It seems dpf needs lifting and holding in place to properly engage before tightening.
My question is do I need a gasket / exhaust paste on the joint or does it just clamp together and seal when properly alligned?
