Citroen Berlingo touchscreen update

After reading this I have realised that the app is the issue, Please could i be provided with the software update file so that I can update my satnav.

I have a Citroen berlingo 2021

I have downloaded the correct file it matches the number of the one the Citroen update app says to download however the usb is saying update failed 33

The flash drive I am using is formatted to fat32 and has the unzipped file in the folder rcc_update had a few files inside which I can check when I get home if necessary is there anything to fix this?
