P0087 fuel pressure too low Peugeot 308 1.6 HDI 2011

Hi ,can anyone read these values and tell me what's wrong ,please?
Is a Peugeot 308 hdi ,1.6 and I had the code P0087 fuel rail pressure too low bank 1.
Now is going in limp mode.
IT starts perfect all the time,no noises no smoke ,turbo has no play in the axle.

Before yesterday the car lost power but not showing any errors. Still run but just slight power loss,no limp mode . Can go up to 70-80mph but with the slight power loss. So I changed the fuel filter and put redex fuel aditive and on next run went to limp mode.
P0087 can come because of other reasons than fuel problem itself, I was wondering if egr would be stuck ,dpf blocked or any other reason to get in limp mode and then the limp mode to trigger fuel pressure too low?

Had similar fault with my wife's 307cc 2.0 Hdi don't recall the fault code now but reporting low fuel pressure, the 307 also started 1st time no issue but would go into limp at some point during her drive to work, then other time it was fine, I changed the fuel rail sensor as I thought that'll sort it, no it didn't, I was then told that will be your HP pump, gulp! big money for that, turned out to be the fuel pressure regulator on the back of the high pressure pump, Cost me around £45 to buy, bit fiddly to fit but once done it was surprising how much power came back, so the car had been running a bit flat for a while with out either of us realising it as it had crept up on us, I think it was bleeding fuel line pressure as I believe it is suppose to keep your fuel line pressurised, if it weeps pressure the line pressure is lower therefore the injector pressure is lower = lower performance and limp when it starves of fuel because the pressure is to low and EML comes on, well that's how it was explained to me.
May be worth a thought. I do know I didn't get an P numbers for the regulator, just the low fuel pressure fault. It was diagnosed on a Launch scanner, perhaps planet may give more detail, I don't know.
