On the basis of a personal experience, and with confirmation by an experienced mechanic, yes - go ahead and list the items bought and from where. Stick to the facts.

And yet looking at their profile on Ebay they have had so few negative feedbacks amongst the nearly quarter of a million total that they have an effective 100% satisfaction record. In the last 12 months they have 6 negative and 26,803 positive - that's just 0.022% unhappy customers who've posted.

Yes , but there feedback was different about 7 weeks ago, most sellers like this as I've had it done to me , tell you to change the feedback then they refund your money so thats another thing to be aware of. I've still got the bearing sitting in the hub all busted.

True enough, but if your not in the ball its easy to have the wool pulled over your eyes.

The seller is ignorant.

I had a problem with this outfit.
A heater fan resistance ordered & paid for failed to turn up despite all sorts of reasons/excuses. In the end I 'persuaded' them to reinburse my money which they eventually & reluctantly did.
I'll never use them again.

I'd be interested to see pictures of these wheel bearings that "fell apart in my hands" , can't imagine how.

The bearing isn't pressed into the hub, photo taken today but the housing and bearing have been sitting where it is for a few weeks as a reminder not to buy fake rubbish from the said ebay store, my personal view is this for a bearing that takes a lot of load especially a diesel , £11.99 is way to cheap
