DS 7 warming light if you drive car and do not have keys in car

Is there a warning light if you drive car away and do not have keys in car. This has happened to me twice

Yes, there should be message flagged up about the keys not being in proximity to the car or similar. My Aircross says this, so would expect the DS7 to do at least this.

Of course there’s little you can do if you don’t see the warning, as it won’t stop the car as that would be dangerous if the fob battery were to fail whilst driving. Trouble is of course when stopping the engine and the trying to restart it without the fob.

Was just discussing this with my son. My car has a 'Start' button but still uses keys and you have to turn the key to stop it. Start button a waste of space IMO.

Daughter has keyless entry and start. Works OK and hasn't given her any problems except when the battery needed changing.

But he has a mate with a keyless motorbike. Started it up, drove a hundred miles or so, stopped at a café. Wouldn't start when he came out - the key was in his garage when he started it, close enough to work but he was sunk when it was so far away.
