where is diagnosis section on docbackup/sedre

hello my friends,
as you know, from servicebox (https://public.servicebox.peugeot.com/) we can look up error codes' diagnosis section but it's a paid service,
that's why i installed windows xp on virtual environment, opened docbackup and sedre but couldn't see diagnosis section,
is it unavailable?
