Thangyewverymuch :)

Reminds me that there can be some subtle philosophy buried in popular music.
One line that always resonates is "A man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest"*
From "The Boxer"
Which I had difficulty listening to as I strongly dislike sports and particularly boxing and wrestling.

And yes, S&G have been playing all evening.

And on the other hand there is always the immortal Frank Sinatra quote:

"Doobdoobydoobydoo"!

On that theme Steve, never has this been more relevant, although I'm not sure I like the idea! :-D

To rock away rock away from Cullercoats and Whitley bay out to rock away
And girl it looks so pretty to me like it always did
Like the Spanish city to me when we were kids

Today's track from that random link. Camille Bertault dont know what is her "best" track but she is a French jazz singer. Selected this one Nouvelle York......first hearing definitely the sort of stuff I like...

Blurryell, that's certainly flying off on a tangent...

I have been watching (on Channel 5, Tuesday at 21:00) the remake of "All Creatures Great and Small". Diana Rigg was playing the part of Mrs. Pumphrey, and doing a great job of it.
