The problem is not the pipes i think. Its where the pipe attach on the injector....check on photo...on 1 is the normal number of threads check on 2 its way up i think it leaks from there...
The feeding pipes are ok and not to tight.....

Try slackening off the coupling nut, and look at whether the pipe is properly lined up with the injector coupling. It might be possible to re-align the pipe slightly better.
As noted before, there is sometimes a recommendation to fit a new set of injector pipes when there has been any dismantling. This must be because obtaining a re-seal is difficult.
No tape or sealant would be able to cope with the very high pressures involved; the joints rely on good metal-to-metal contact.
