Ds5 tyre choice
As the title says, what’s preference? Car purchased with p zero Nero but finding a bit of road noise and poor wet grip.

Apart from one Uniroyal and 3 Contis, all my nearly half million miles in Citroens has been on Michelin

Re: Ds5 tyre choice
I'm running Michelin CrossClimate+. only had them for a year and had no extreme weather to test them on.
The used car came had a mixture of summer tyres from two different brands, and the reviews on the CrossClimate Michelins looked good.
No complaints yet, but I've not done much distance on them.

Might I suggest you AVOID Hankook tyres! I have to have them on the van (as this is what the leasing company specify), and they are useless in slippery conditions.

Re: Ds5 tyre choice
I've used these on my C5 X7 and found them to be great tyres if you are going for a premium brand. They worked well in all weathers and the ice and snow included. I always keep the Michelin 'Easy Grips' in the boot though just in case, as these will get me up a 1:10 Welsh hill in compacted snow and ice without incident.MitchDS5 wrote: ↑10 Nov 2019, 20:53 I'm running Michelin CrossClimate+. only had them for a year and had no extreme weather to test them on.
