Hi all,

Recently bought a Nemo van with a few issues. So far I have fixed the electric windows by replacing the drivers side switch with a new one off good old evilbay, I also replaced the blower as it was not working.

Also looking to do a timing belt change and service as I have no record of when it was last done.

I only have one key and I'm currently reading through threads about using Lexia 3 to see if it will program a new key that I have.

The joys of buying old cars/vans hey :-D

Hi and welcome.

Be aware that for a Nemo (which is a Fiat essentially) will require the S1279 module that attaches to the Lexia VCI and is required for diagnosing and communicating with certain PSA commercial vehicles - especially the Fiat based ones like this.

This is the additional adapter I'm referring to as an example:

Thanks for the info, I was going to buy the kit:

It says nemo in the description so I assumed it would work?

It may only partially work with a NEMO. The Nemo is classed as a commercial vehicle and has heavy Fiat collaboration - so some systems require the additional interface to read and communicate with some of the ECUs as they are not native to PSA. The seller is recommended by members here (and there is a discount code for members in the link below).

All these models need hte S1279 interface to work correctly:
Peugeout Bipper
Peugeout Boxer III
Peugeout Boxer III minibus
Citroen Nemo
Citroen Jumper III
Citroen Jumper III minibus

Oh, and plus 1 for Servalan! Currently working my way through Blake's 7 DVD set again - but can't quite make it to series 4 as I know the Liberator becomes toast at some point and they end up in that Red Dwarf tin can and that ridiculous computer. Bring back Zen (and the Liberator).

And I wouldn't be surprised if member 'Blake7' thinks we've all lost the plot and are a secret Blake's 7 society!

Thanks for the advice, the seller is away for a few weeks so I will give him a bell when back to see what he says about the nemo.

I use Blake7 a username on many forums and I can safely say I have never had such a reaction to it!

Hello and welcome to the club. No quips about Blake7 from me cos I've never been into SciFi, I have enough trouble dealing with the real world!! :)

No, SciFi never did much for me but had enough exposure to StarTrick to enable me to appreciate Red Dwarf. ;)
