I’m not sure what you are referring to CC CB?
Also, did you use the battery disconnect procedure before removing it? You should always follow the procedure as these systems are live with the engine off and removing equipment with the battery on can cause problems.
Follow this guide before disconnecting any kit and again later for reconnecting the battery:

Re: Hands free kit for C5 X7
Ok, I'm with you now! The only issue I can see is that others here have not had much success in getting the pre-existing wiring from the flat cable factory fitted microphone to work. I think this is probably down to it being routed through an interconnected harness. Most here have actually bought a separate microphone cable and wired it in directly to the back of the head unit.

Item 5, Part 659365 priced at: £28.63 inc UK VAT - or the equivalent in Denmark. The pin outs are in the previous wiring diagram that I put up on the previous page:

If you already have the microphone that is the same part as in the picture below, then no point ordering it. You'll just have to be a bit creative and wire it is directly.

Re: Hands free kit for C5 X7
Ok. I think I will make a new cable for the original mic in the roof lamp.
Can I use normal cable or do I have to make a balanced one. Do the mike use phantom power like the mike we use for rockbands audio... ?
I nearly give up, but I do not. I believe I will have succes that way.
Once more.
THANK YOU very much. Your help here is outstanding

Re: Hands free kit for C5 X7
As much as I like a bit of I don't think they use Phantom power in these microphones because the power can damage ribbon connectors which are very sensitive. The microphone is connected to a ribbon cable, so I would just use normal wire to connect the mic to the head unit.
