The one I found is black, facing away from us, with the brake lights on.

I saw that as well. Looks like the camera system might have 'overlapped' somehow.

Two slightly time-separated digital images have become merged/superimposed. Everything stationary remains single, the moving cars appear twice.
The pedestrians and the scootists are a bit of a conundrum.

I had a George Washington day today. Very sad but necessary but at least we will have an improved supply of logs next winter.

Who knows? Not me but the cherry tree story appeared in the 5th edition of the above, but likely to be in the "Beam me up Scotty" or "Play it again Sam" category of well known sayings which were never said!
