thats a nice loop old un, fair bit of climbing there!! :-O wasnt Cannock one of the if not The first Trailcentre in the UK?? know its reffered to a Lot when mtb uk history comes up! How are the trails in your area? all of ours have been mostly over walked and are now mostly stretches of boddy mud meanering through the tree lines!
sunday was Very fresh for half the ride down here then mostly shelterted so turned somewhat boil in the bag!! had a very non event off, not really sure what happened, trail ridden countless times, suddenly find myself on a mostly diagonally Over the bars into the granite undergrowth! sat there for a mo looking at the floor to see where i stopped, alas one of those things! subconciously must have grabbed a handful of brake! little achy yesterday and today!

still battling the toes issues, but seems to be down to lack of movement in the toes, wiggle them as much as you can in mtb shoes helps as does change of position to heels on pedals, which is very odd feeling!

we did get some snow today Jim, settled on the patio slabs, greenhouse but not enough to settle on the car roof! the eldest did manage enough snow from the car windows to make A snowball, which was dutifully dispatched in my direction after i opened the shed door Stupidly on her request (excitedly!)!! cold enough but too wet for it to settle!
