If Jim can grow them James they must be rare!!

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Re: Picture(s) of the day....

Saw that James but sadly, mine aren't - a job-lot of B and Q specials bought on special near the end of the planting season. There's tulips to come too - if they grow... I struggled when I planted them as it was not clear which end was which so they may have ended up being planted upside-down...Hell Razor5543 wrote: 14 Feb 2025, 18:19 Jim, you might want to check what variant your daffodils are when they start blooming. The RHS had an item on the BBC Breakfast this week about daffodils, and how they want to track down any of the rare varieties.

Re: Picture(s) of the day....
Our mural celebrating one of our town legends has had a small addition following the building it's painted on having gained a new lease of life
The building, once slated for demolition in favour of the inevitable housing development on the site, has been nicely renovated and is back to being what it always was - a garage/car dealership
As a town, we're very happy about this... We need more housing development like a fish needs an ashtray...

Today's dawned absolutely lovely
Despite it being sub-zero, running was a real pleasure

Re: Picture(s) of the day....
Made it difficult showing us the back of it and no cylinder head!
I spy an oil return point, so I'm going for a turbo XUD. Most likely an XUD9 but as auto I'll go for it's bigger brother: the XUD11 ?
