Post by NewcastleFalcon »

First thing I'm putting in....pretentious thread titles in French. Chambre Cent-un goes into Room 101 straight off!

Now where do I start? I hope it's a big room as I have a lot - all of it new and modern...

The Modern Icon Ice despatched to 101. Viva the Pickled Egg's old Wurlitzer, and its nostalgic mechanical whirring and scratching :!:

I take it the World Aquanaut Security Patrol would be saved though :)

Troy Tempest still needs a job

The French git who thought putting a bleed nipple in a near imposable position just to pi@@ me off was a good thing, and thoughtfully making it so awkward to be sure I loose the cap in an equally imposable to recover from trap directly below it !

I hope you garlic shaped testicles fall off !

I was going to say the idiot who opted to use impossible to find 7mm X 1mm pitch studs for the exhast manifolds on a PRV that are at least £4 each and then use 24 of the bloody things!!!!!!

But it seems ive been beaten to it in regards to the first 'my car pissed me off today' post.

I may be able to retrieve that for you. I've got quite girly fingers for a guy. I'm good at fiddly tricky stuff but not great at brute force. V6 Xantia does have me beaten in a few places though, need 6ft fingers that bend infinitely for most jobs that seem to crop up.

Check out 2 wheeled Italian parts suppliers, you may well find them for a lot less money.

I'd love a PRV, for those that haven't heard one it's well worth going out of your way to experience the noise.
I don't think they put it in any vehicles I want or need though (I love XMs by the way but I have a Xantia so it would be a bonkers thing to buy).
Next for me is a V8 or a motorhome, maybe even a V8 motorhome.
I'm not really bothered about going fast, I just love the soundtrack.
Given what I've just said I wouldn't be surprised if I ended up with a PRV XM in the next couple of years.
