Sounds nice, but doesn't scream enough :)

No it's manual (they are few and far between)
Yeh well red line is at only 6.5K rpm!
Any videos of your VTS apart from the wheelspin one?

Thinking about a remap maybe?

I've got two uploaded

I've also got a drive-by sound video, but there's a lot of the wind roar.

Before I bought it I fully expected to have a Polestar level remap done, but having driven it, I can wait!

Not a fan of videos that just show a car standing still revving, I prefer the driving ones. Liked and Subscribed anyway!

Thanks!
I too prefer driving ones but it's hard to film the VTS. It's got a long second gear and I can't really find an empty place with a long enough road to do it. Plus my DSLR has quite bad microphones and I can't figure out the way to mount my phone to record.
I've uploaded this one now :)

I just found a review where they put a bike in the C30 (at about 3.50), I haven't had occasion to do it myself yet!

On the C4 front, I had new valves put in the Resolfen (original) wheels as the old TPMS ones had corroded badly from a year outside, actually one of them was like it when I got the car. The black Team Dynamics wheels came off as one has a crack and is going down and also as my daughter is having the car, it's better for her insurance for it to be standard. She loves it!

I would take it back home if it were auto! I still love the look of that car but having sold it once because it wasn’t suitable for me it would be a bit silly asking for it back.

Well it would be too late anyway as I've given it to her & she's loving it haha!

I have the best of both worlds since I will still get to drive it when she comes home! (and service it etc)

I don't understand why the C4 VTS is worth next to nothing, it has so much going for it, it looks great from outside, has the clever ergonomic futuristic/retro interior and a rally heritage as good as any. If Mrs Concern would let me I would have stuck it in the garage to keep and see what happens.

They aren't worth much because while they look great, they aren't actually that fast, expensive to tax, not particularly economical if used properly and the steering is weird.

I love them though. It's the one Citroën I'd still buy!

I agree with you, this car is basically timeless in design.
It's got the Kamm back design which originated in the 30's and was popular from 50's to late 70's, it's got a spoiler(especially this pretty spoiler, it's like having a pair of pop-up headlamps - it's better than others) and it makes some nice noise.
I've never seen this car as a track weapon or the usual hot hatch. I see it as an homage to the original SM. Of course it's not an SM, there's no debate there, but it looks like nothing else, has a nice sounding engine and would be perfect if it had no B pillar so you could drive down the riviera with the windows rolled down while listening to Cocaine!
I've been looking for another weekend car for some time now and the only thing I actually like is the new 308 GTi, but it's not even remotely similar to the VTS.
Or the E92 either 335i or M3, but it's a fast, precise German coupe. It's not a red French coupe with a spoiler! And the only, only thing better than a red French coupe with a spoiler is a red Italian roadster without a spoiler! :)

You are right, I forgot to mention the spoiler! It is the best spoiler on any car I can think of. One of the reasons I got the C30 is because it is quirky looking and different to anything else, it has a nice spoiler too!
I like the look of the 308, but it is pretty similar to many other cars and would be easily lost in a car park. I'm not a fan of any BMW really.
As for C4 VTSs on track, have you seen this?

For some reason I can't make it embed!
