@xantia_v6: It makes sense. I will try it, I do not have the diagbox but I know a person who has and I will try it with him.

Re: Peugeot 308 (2008) RD4 -> RD45
I changed VIN and checked USB via diagbox and there is activated. There is only message for missing microphone connection (I am waiting for it, it is on the way). Does anyone has pinout for usb connector? Is this the same order as for PC?:D I will try with another cable but it be in 30 days, I need to order it from ali/ebay

Anyone?:)
Do I need to update BSI via Diagbox after changing display?:) Is it a reason for my problems with usb maybe?

Yes, if you have changed the display you need to configure the MFD, as the MFD is actually the controlling ECU for the screen and the Head Unit. There will be parameters in the MFD configuration that need to be checked and programmed.
For example:
EMF-C Screen
Customer Config:
Language, Date / Temp Formats, Volume / distance units, Display Type (Colour / text).
Vehicle Config
CD Changer, Ext Temp Disp, Audio System, Matrix, Parking assistance, Hands Free Kit Option, Nomad (Bluetooth), Connection control (CAN or wired for no radio) and others.
The NOMAD option is the only place I can see for USB. Choose ABSENT for 'Without AUX / USB Connection' or PRESENT 'with AUX / USB Connection'.
That is likely to be the option you need.

Re: Peugeot 308 (2008) RD4 -> RD45
I changed the display and BT works without any modification via Diagbox (CD, radio works as expected). I have a problem with only USB. I do not have diagbox, I did it in a service and I saw that the USB is activated. I aw on the other forum that there can be a problem with tags in mp3 files. I will try to remove tags.

Re: Peugeot 308 (2008) RD4 -> RD45
If you have the option configured as I've mentioned, then as Xantia_V6 mentioned, it would indicate the USB connection is OK, but that you still have an issue with the actual USB media. Try changing to a different USB device or cable. Use a decent USB cable too. Cheap ones are known to cause problems.
If you had a tag problem, I would of expected a separate issue like it would ignore the track and skip to the next one or just say it can't play the file. But I would first try another USB device. FAT32 is fine. Just put a few MP3 files in the route of the drive first (keep it simple). Make sure the files are not encoded with too high a Bit rate, as this can also prevent playback.

Thanks, it works
Now, I have a problem with aux (and still with usb ).
On old radio I had aux2 activated. With new radio I had aux1 and I assume that is a different pinouts for aux1 and aux2. Do you have a pinouts with all pins decriptions?:) Thank you

No, that's for an RD4 and as you're fitting an RD45 that's what I've put up as they are different.

Thanks, ir works
I had a problem with one broken pin, it was broke during moving to other position.
I am waiting for other usb cable to complete action
Btw, what is a proper place for microphone? I put it on the left side but after that I saw that it could be in the middle of the roof. This is a placeholder for it?

Re: Peugeot 308 (2008) RD4 -> RD45
That's where the official microphone is, but you may find it a job because often these are connected to the vehicle loom via a ribbon cable and trying to find out where it comes out can be almost impossible, so better to fit your own. You can generally fit one in the recess and wire it directly into the connector or keep your current setup.

Thanks, I will try it.
Question-related to USB: After adding new songs, the order is not correct, seems like is ordering by date instead of the name of the song.
Another issue is with BT. After starting the car, the radio was playing music but I was not able to change the source or turn off the radio until I turn off BT on my phone. BT connection made the radio freeze. Yesterday, it happened twice with some strange "10000000" on the top of the screen (attachment)
