Re the 407 door seal issue and airbag warnings, after a few days of rain and testing with the hose, I gave up as water was still pooling on top of the bottom door seal and then running inside the car.

My solution was to put a few holes thru the seal with a leather hole punch tool which seems to allow the water to exit (the door seal gets squashed...

We have just been informed of the very sad and tragic news that CX guru ROGER BRADFORD passed away in his sleep last night from a massive heart attack whilst attending the Goodwood Revival Meeting.

Today was the funeral of Julian Leyton who, for many years, was the Press Officer for Citroën Cars Ltd/Citroën UK.
He is survived by his wife Julia and sons Chris and Steve.
Julian was an occasional contributor to these pages.

Unfortunately Phil Hunt the well known motor engineer, hoarder and Citroen expert from Dorset died in hospital on Saturday, as you might know he had been suffering from various ailments for a number of years and they finally caught up with him.

I've returned from holiday today to find an email from Harry's wife Stephanie informing me that Harry unfortunately passed away last month.

It came as news to me that Harry had been fighting cancer for over 10 years....

I don't know if Alan's sons have got onto this forum yet, but the news is posted on AussieFrogs; he has succumbed to cancer after a fairly short illness.

Even when one didn't agree, you had to admire both his determination and willingness to share his opinions/explanations. He did a lot to encourage thorough DIY repairs, and help keep charlatan...
