Some of you may have seen my posts on here when my 2015 Grand picasso suffered the all too common adblue pump failure with persistently screaming pump and Service light on, engine fault light and urea light on.
Diagbox says leak/ low urea pressure.
It is worth noting that diagbox says pressure is 4 bar even when its actually zero.It does not...

I would also say it has nothing to do with the CAN bus.

How many miles has the current tank done?
If it above a certain mileage then maybe it is time to consider replacing it as a serviceable part?

In the end I also had to bite the bullet and change the tank at 86000 miles. At least I did the work so it only cost the price of...

I removed the rubber flap, and drilled six 5 mm(?) holes to the cap.
Not sure about the drill size (dont remember), but when you remove the rubber flap, you can see good places for the holes from the inside of the cap.

I have had this error for a couple weeks, intially I replaced the injector last week and all was great until Monday when it happened again after only 5 days.
Injector is out and have tested for short and OK, tested resistance on multi meter set at 200 Ohm and nothing. so looks like the new injector has blown.

Yes, you should never resistance check any wires connected to the airbags as there is a small risk of deploying them.
The side airbag in the seat & curtain airbag are wired in series as they always deploy at the same time, if there is a connection issue with either of them it will give you the same fault

Keep going and get the bottom cover off, then you can get the pins in and see how far out the timing is. If you only have the top cover off so far, you may well find that 8-10 teeth are missing around the crank pulley when you get the bottom off.... If, however, it's only 1 tooth out, then good chance you can just reset it and put a new belt on....

It’s been good 3 weeks now since it all started and now it’s just happening 7/10 times.

Can't help with Doblinity, but 74 plate might be the start of the Stellantis OTA (over the air) updates to car firmware or to mapping version or mapping updates. Or maybe not, don't know how soon it was adopted for various modelas and brands. My C4 display has occasionally 'died' for no aparrent good reason only to reappear after some random...

I've had my ds3 1.6hdi for nearly 3 years now and it's always had this noise but it's gradually got a bit louder. This isn't my video but it's this exact noise.

I've replaced the whole timing belt kit with a dayco replacement (water pump, tensioners, pulley, belt) and it's still there. Also has had a new aux belt and tensioner + crankshaft...

Hi there, i got customer that had to replace instrument cluster, got himself almost same that has same manufacturer and production date within months from the old one.

I copied the eeprom data from old cluster to a new one, when connected to car, the odometer changed from 375 000 kms to 399 999, after you drive one kilometer, it goes to --- ---...

I'm not absolutely sure what's going on, but the odometer reading in the BSI and instrument cluster must agree.
The only thing I would try, is zeroing out the cluster reading and let the BSI update the cluster. The BSI might think the cluster is new and update it.

I have a Citroen c3 1.6 hdi 2005 90hp no dpf

Most people seem to use 5w30 but on recommendation from a oil site they reckon 5w40 is better and will burn less oil.
What is best for this car is the turbocharger safe with 5w40 as read it can get starved. But thought 5w40 might be good as high mileage. In the manual it states both are fine for this...

Only because it suits my 407 with fap as well. Make sure you keep and eye on the injectors for leaks. I tweak mine by hand every oil change (10000 miles, not the 20k as per the handbook). They didn't need tightening last time.

I normally change the oil once a year.
Do you think the thicker oil would be better

So we had a heatwave, no problem, the car can handle it. WRONG!!!! Driving to pick my daughter up from school I lost acceleration and heard a hissing noise, I pulled over, popped the bonnet and just normal engine noise even when revving, so I carried on. Next day same issue but constantly hissing and very poor acceleration, managed to limp home....

I believe that is what they may have to do as parts are non existent for this car. It's a great car but is so pig hungry labour intensive to get to anything. It's only been there two weeks, I'm not bored of walking everywhere.... honest!! :grr:

I have a backup system but it only covers cars up to 2012 so no use for yours. However there are members with their own access to the database and hopefully one of them will help you out....

Got problem with locating air leak. Diagbox air intake flow test ( ECU->actuators-Air intake....) confirms leak with list of issues as on attached image.
EGR is new ( coded)
MAF new (coded)
Valve cover new
Smoke test - positive result ( no visible leaks)
No DTC
No whistling during acceleration
No power loss

For suppling the 5V do VCC of the EEPROM i did not cut any traces but added a jumper between 5V and 3.3V (pin 6 and 7 of the header on the bottom of the schematic).

Hello,

I have an issue with my car that is really bothering me.
The sunvisor flaps. The rotating thing that covers from sunlight just above the driver's head, they are heavily vibrating and making noises. Yet I don't see or notice any loose or damaged part.
I am wondering if there's a way to fix or dampen the vibration.

The thing you call the code reader is just an antenna, it is not coded. So if the original one from your car works keep it in place and just use the BSI, Engine ECU and key from the donor car.

I'm currently putting together a TU5JP4 (1.6 16V) engine on a citroen xsara 2000 facelift and had a quick question regarding the timing setup to double-check my work.
