induction kit on xm?

induction kit on xm?

would like to make my 92 xm 2 ltr i, sound better and go a bit quickeR would a single cone induction kit do any good?[8]

If you could get one for it it would sound a bit better.Wouldnt give you any more power though,maybe 1bhp.There only really good combined with uprated cam,exhaust chip etc,then you`d only get about another 8-15bhp.

The XM isn't a sports car - it's a luxury limousine, it's not supposed to sound at all. It's whole essence is a silent comfortable journey for the occupants. If you want make an XM go quicker, get a V6 or a TCT - they do it in a refined manner.
