C5 Knocking rear ????

Just had a go in a workmates C5 Hdi, and jesus they were'nt kidding about knocking rear suspension[:0], its been fixed 4 times with foam weights etc, but it really is attrocious, sounds like an accoustic thump rather than a component on component noise, Im afraid I wouldn't rest if I had one, I sat in the back with my head in the footwell and the sound seems to start by the arm bearings and gets louder as it travels toward the centre of the vehicle.
Wouldn't touch one with a barge pole till its sorted..Made me feel chuffed with my 97 xant td 65k £2500 bargain............

Yes, it is well known. Sonebody really goofed here. Sonething will have to be done, but Citroen don't know what yet.
