Well, i'm hoping to get a thread full of healthy and informational links, so its easy to look and find them all in one place.

so ill start by posting this link to SANDEN site about maintenance and diagrams of their A/C compressor.

These cars are 35 minutes up the road to be and are truly brilliant at car A/C. Highly recommended.
