My 2010 2.0 hdi dispatch won't start.. I'm not getting any rpm reading on dash or diagnostics either. It now turns over about 5 times then stops cranking, I have to turn the key again for it to then crank another 5 times, I've tried 2 fully charged batteries and also jumped from my 2.0 diesel s max.
Strangely, injector 1 is only getting a dribble of fuel, the other 3 injectors seem to be getting enough, I've cleaned the pipe to it too, no difference.. but guessing if I'm not getting any RPM reading it's choosing not to supply enough fuel?
When I clear fault codes, P1169 immediately comes back, even if I don't crank.. then after a min or so, still no cranking, P1352 comes up. Glow plug relays are fine.. and I've just replaced the fuel rail sensor with a brand new sensor.
I've done a leak off test, good results.
I've checked timing, all lines up.
I've changed cam position sensor and crank position sensor, all new parts, also changed the crank sensor reluctor ring..
I've pulled shunt/sh fuse, and put it back in correct location.
Fuel rail pressure is getting a good reading on diagnostics. Immobiliser isn't active either. I've also checked all fuses. I've also tried to supply direct 12v to fuel pump solenoid, no difference. I've also bled the diesel system thoroughly so definitely no air locks.
I have no idea what could be causing this now.. all I can think is wiring or ecu?
