508 Sat Nav

I have a 2011 598Sw and about a year ago the sat nav/radio stopped turning on and all i get is a black screen and the CD tries to eject every few mins.. like it is stuck in a boot loop

Is there anywhere I can get this fixed? or is there an easy fix I can do myself..

Read through some of the posts in the telematics forums - It would help to know what system you have MyWay, eMyWay etc. There's a sub-forum for the appropriate system. Start there and have a read through.

Hi i am now facing the same issue i have bought a new head unit with matching part number as my original one and it is still doing the same did you manage to get yours fixed and how please help im stuck thanks

It would be better if you start a new thread and list your problems together with what satnav system you have fitted. I suspect it might be the eMyWay but confirmation would be welcome.
