Today preheated glow plugs, engine started after first turn, but you have to have accelerator pedal pressed abit or it just turns, when its starts if you let your foot off the accelerator pedal it stalls and after is abit hard to start again

Good news on the glow plugs. Immediate start is what is supposed to happen.
On the Bosch pump, there is a Cold Start thermostat, which opens the accelerator lever slightly when engine (coolant) is cold. This may need adjusting.

Do you have a Haynes workshop manual for the car? These usually cover pump adjustment in reasonable detail.
If not, can you post a photo of the Bosch pump, and we can look out some adjustment instructions for it.

You'll need some help from someone familiar with that pump.
Cold-start advance or idle-up looks as if it might be internal.
What Bosch model/type number is stamped on the pump?

OK, if an external waxstat, with puller cable, the cable/lever is adjustable.
When cold, cable pulls tight, and opens throttle a little; when engine warms up, the cable relaxes. Movement is quite small.

Can you not adjust the length of the cable?

It has a kind of a spring at the end of it that i think its supposed to be pulled back when cold, so i presume the waxstat is not working
