I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

Re: Pickled Egg Quiz
I think the writing was on the wall when yesterday both you and Steve failed to identify the Original Heardle.
It was currently the most played track on the planet, by our Taylor. Anti-Hero.
I still dip in from time to time, but at least the Pickled Egg Quiz after heardles dominated postings can now return to its traditional questions
Regards Neil

Re: Pickled Egg Quiz
I don't care for her at all so would never have got it. She looks OK but even there she is now too plastered with makeup to be of any interest. She was very attractive a few years ago. Ruined.
I have listened to a few things that she has done, like this:-
Dreadful. Much prefer the other Taylor (Momsen).
May be a bit to erotic for some.
Same applies to most of the stuff that Heardle dish up.
Not one recognised today and I wouldn't listen to any of them.

What two things does any quiz worth its salt need to thrive
Try this Clue
From the same source programme, one is in Northamptonshire, the other in the West Country, both begin with a "C"

Re: Pickled Egg Quiz
What two things do you need, indeed.
Well the Catesby Tunnel project's latest proposed addition breaches the Local Authorities own planning guidelines.
The Chelfham Viaduct avoided demolition in the 1940s and was restored in the 2000s - partly with aid from the Lynton and Barnstaple Railway Trust.
I don't always respond on this thread but I do enjoy reading and researching it.
Cheers

Re: Pickled Egg Quiz
Thanks Dave, you have restored my faith in FCF Pickled Egg Quiz participation to the extent that here's another which I thought was a decent one from Only Connect last night. Not to everyone's taste but I have grown to like it, although get some particularly clever clogs teams on and you don't get a chance to have a go at the answer because they get it too soon.
Question number 1
Here it is what is the fourth in this sequence
regards Neil

Re: Pickled Egg Quiz
As I completely missed yesterday's poser I think it only right to have a go at this one. However to avoid spoiling other member's musing I shall put the rest of my thinking in a spoiler!

Question number 2
Here it is what is the fourth in this sequence
Now that may require being on the same wavelength as the question-setter (hardly likely) same pattern as Question 1 so a bit of help. It's in a post made in December 2022.

Yes me too. That's as precise as I have ever been with my monthly meanderings. Go on the satellite view and you can even see the piece of tarmac Lovely part of the world
