Oh yes, that's a vast improvement Mick :D Some very impressive work indeed to make those intrusive objects disappear!

Can you now please do the same for the potholes in the Northants roads? :lol:

Regarding the potholes - I've often thought about getting one of those Road Closed Ahead signs and completely changing it to read : Warning. Road Missing Ahead. Might spur the highways authority into a bit more action :)

You could always try and get hold of a Hobarts Funny, the Churchill AVRE Carpet Layer. That could help cross the potholes. This is what they looked like;

Wow! Love that James :-D That would work beautifully... It would make the bike a bit heavy though :lol:

More finger-posts today during TT training...

A modern and conventional rural Buckinghamshire one:

But don't go east as it leads to this:

It's badly faded and not strictly to regulations... Curiously, the other side of the road has a 'proper' dead end warning sign so quite what this one is present I don't know... Maybe the people who live at the end of the lane got fed up with people seeing if it really was a dead end...

We have many, many 'Ends' in this part of the world... Indeed, I live in one and gives a clue of what my part of Paggers is most famous for... Tickford End :)

Gosh :o Never knew that Neil! I only know Stagsden for having a good farm shop that sells magical cheese and serves a great cup of coffee to thirsty cyclists!
