There are people who can repair plastic bumpers. They use a tool that is basically a super concentrated hot air gun and a filler rod made of whatever plastic the bumper is made from. I had the bumper of my Montego repaired some years ago and, once sanded and painted, looked undamaged. I'm not at all confident about fixing a broken off side bumper mount as these are pretty poor once their strength has gone.
I suggest that if you can't get a replacement that you ask at a few body repair shops if they know of anyone offers such a service local to you.
