If Not I will have to drill holes along the four cracks in the bottom of the bumper use copper wire to hold it in position whilst I fibreglass the inside of the bumper to repair it.
I'm not at all confident about fixing a broken off side bumper mount as these are pretty poor once their strength has gone.

There are people who can repair plastic bumpers. They use a tool that is basically a super concentrated hot air gun and a filler rod made of whatever plastic the bumper is made from. I had the bumper of my Montego repaired some years ago and, once sanded and painted, looked undamaged. More importantly, the structural integrity of the bumper was retored.

I suggest that if you can't get a replacement that you ask at a few body repair shops if they know of anyone offers such a service local to you.

I am having a bit of a time of it finding a front Near side headlamp for a 1998 S2 though
Unless I order one from Germany and that makes me wonder if the beam pattern will be correct or not.
does anybody have any ideas on foreign headlamps and if they would be suitable for the UK please?
No scrappy's in Northants area have a Xantia Mk2 for a bumper and Edwards at Billeriky Citroen parts specialists
can't find a carrier to deliver a bumper its to big they say.
seems a repair to the old one is going to be the only option.
I hope the Mk2 owners are taking note on what is hard to find and replace.
I very much think without Jims help here with parts I'd probably have to scrap the car.
I returned to the accident scene at 11pm at night and managed to recover the broken trims that went under the
headlamps they are now super glued back together again, one was in five pieces.
Fortunately it is the kind of plastic that sticks well with High Viscosity super glue.

found an S2 on a local scrappy with both headlamps intact.
so no guesses where I shall be today.
They have reserved the lamps for me until Saturday.

Fan casings were different to mine Jim.
They had two extra radiators one very close to the fan assembly
and a lot of extra plumbing running through the front of the fan casings.
then the standard rad and then another behind that.
I have just one radiator and no radiator inside the fan casings.
so your casing might be a lot better for mine.
I'm going to strip my car down tomorrow and inspect the casings
I may be able to fibreglass them to repair them (I hope).

However I have two really good headlamps
A bumper (slightly Damaged) which doesn't come off like it says in the Haynes book of lies (what access panels at the sides)
And item No 3
I also have the plastic frame that holds the headlamps but it is damaged and needs repairing.
indicator lamps to oh and the fog lights all came to £40.

I am sure someone would love the strut tops, PM me and I'll send the contact details for the yard.
they had to move a lot of cars this am to get access to it.
but be quick they are gearing up to scrap her soon, they didn't even realise they had this xantia on the yard.
she is a V-reg 2ltr Hdi Hatchback in silver. I told them I would ring them if anyone had some interest.
