Cars are being scrapped because people can't get hold of the 5270VP hydraulic pipe which takes LDS from the long front to back pipe to the centre spheres.
I may have a source of these and of the pipes out to the struts and repair sections for the long front to back pipe.
Is anyone interested? I'm on the verge of buying what I need (from abroad).
The attached photo is of an original pipe, not the replacement.
Cheers,
Mark

You mention the possibility of acquiring pipes other than the 5270VP. I would be interested.
The rear hydraulic supply pipework on my 2001 Mk1 C5 with Hyroactive3+ (described as "manually adjusted active suspension") are:
5270RL - long pipe from front reservoir to rear middle sphere.
5270QS - pipe from middle sphere to LEFT rear ram.
5270QQ - pipe from middle sphere to RIGHT rear ram.

Are these the same fittings as the xantia or are the same as the 2008- on C5's due to the hydractive 3+, if it is the later then would "Jay-Bruce system" save the day/car?aspire_helen wrote: ↑26 Apr 2024, 17:52 You mention the possibility of acquiring pipes other than the 5270VP.
