I've merged your posts into the PSA NAC RCC Update thread.

Your vehicle was actually built on 2nd November 2017.

From the information I have there is no 'Mirror Link' showing which was the older version prior to Android Auto. My feeling is if Mirror Link was not available then that may indicate neither was CarPlay compatibility either - but I can't be 100%.

In either case, your Firmware is quite a few versions out of date.

This is the latest Firmware and the Licence File you will need to install the Firmware:

Firmware V 1_076_16.1B116.4

I am having the same issues with the Citroen Update App

I have a 2023 e-C4 and I can download maps to a USB pen no prob but when i try to download software (44.07.05.22_NAC-r0) I get an error

It won't accept the update without a licence file, as you don't have on-board WiFi, so it cannot verify the update as being acceptable or compatible. If installing manually, you will need to read the instructions for using the licence file after you have prepared the USB correctly as per the instructions below after the link.
