2015 C4 Picasso alarm/BSI problem

It's under the plastic panel below the wiper arms. It can be got to but just removing screws if I remember and forcing it open and putting something in to wedge it open while undoing one bolt and one connector. Otherwise it's removing both wipers which needs pullers to do it. My panel went down again ok once I got module out

Mine is the MK2 C4 Picasso, (65 plate)not the grand picasso, any idea if it's the same part number?

Mine is also a 65 plate standard picasso. Not sure on part number of the alarm module but this is the battery pack I bought. Once you take module out and force it open which takes some doing. Once open there is a code number on the battery pack so you can search for one. The one on eBay is the closest thing to it. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/295916330434 ... media=COPY

Was going to just buy the full alarm module off eBay, plug and play hopefully the easiest way something like this if it is the correct one.

No that's not it. That's the internal one. I tried that first and didn't work

That one will be used on eBay so pointless getting it. Needs to be new so battery is new.

Thanks, so the battery is in the siren and this is located under the scuttle tray? Surely if I can get a newer one than mine battery should be better.

Possibly but you also take the risk of it being dead or a low capacity. Worth a shot I suppose. Even brand new could have been on a shelf ages and the batteries lost charge so may still give an error alarm until charged etc.

Mine did not look like that one. It was identical to the first one I posted. That one says grand picasso.

If I was you I would remove yours first and check before buying. The car works perfect without it and obviously no alarms going off so sort of fixes it anyhow lol.

Yeah will do that, think it might be same siren on a different mounting.
