Well there you go then - it's illegal to do this for vehicles on public roads and we don't support such actions on this Forum, sorry, so you'll have to expect issues. You'll also need to inform your insurance company as it's a modification as it no longer meets the legislation it was certificated for.

Ok, so you need Powerflex additive and your C3 Picasso doesn't have a reservoir - it uses a pouch system (1 Lt).

Would this work? I was expecting a new bag.
As that’s what Citroen wanted to charge £285 for not including labour.

No, that's a refill kit for the tank version - as I mentioned you require the flexible pouch version as they are not designed to be refilled and will likely tear once removed and at any attempt to refit it.

Bur remember, you also need to reset the engine ECU using a suitable professional level diagnostic tool so it knows you have replaced the pouch!

You need this:

Remember what I said about people not listening.
Perfect thank you for the link.
I have a local garage that will reset it and a ex mechanic friend who’s going to fit it.
Although looks straight forward to fit.

This one is perfect - ignore ebay if they say the same - half the time their systems are wrong in any case.

Me again. I ordered the stuff you suggested but they have sent me one of these bottles and a new pouch. Can I use this? It doesn’t say it’s powerflex but I wouldn’t know if it was 😂

Thanks again

That's not what I suggested - why did you order something completely different?

That is not what you require and pouches are not for refilling as I already said because they will split and you don't want o get this stuff all over the place. If you get a split, it will drain and then you'll damage your additive pump as it will dry run and then more expense.

What I advised in my link was the correct part number, the correct fluid, in a pouch and cheaper by £20....

Hi Marc, sorry if I wasn’t clear. I did order what you suggested but they sent me the wrong stuff. Before I went through the hassle of sending it back I wanted to see if it could be used as they did send a new bag.
I will return it for the correct item.

No, it's not good enough and is not as described. Make sure they pay the full postage for returns for that reason as it is not what you ordered and they are liable for return postage. If they don't have what is advertised then here's a supplier that is showing the correct part number:

I get really peed off with these abysmal sellers on ebay that think they can send any old crap out and get away with it.

Hi,

I want to know what EOLYs fluid to use. I am pretty sure it’s powerflex but just want to double check it’s not infineum as that’s also stated for vehicles after 2010 as far as I can tell..
