The fan stop working and i got, correctly, the fault-code is correctly saying no correlation between actually fan speed and command.
I do have two old fans from C5 series II. There is only one difference, the small connector being three pin on the older Series II, and four pins on Series III, X7. The rest seems compatible.
Does anybody have the schematics for the two fan types and does anybody know if the older version with three pins can be used as a replacement for the newer four pin? I am under the impression the only difference is negative side of the power relay. Correct?
