Peugeot 3008 Throttle body

Hello everyone. I'm at the end of my tether and wonder if anyone could advise me please.

I have a Peugeot 3008 (2010) automatic fitted with the 2.0 163hp HDI engine (DW10CTED4). It seems to have developed a problem with the Throttle Body. I have tried to order a replacement (Valeo) but the unit supplied is totally different compared to the one existing in the car. The existing unit was made by Italian companies (either SIDAT 88.450) or Meat & Doria (89464). I have directly emailed these companies who have responded that the part is no longer made (hence all the european fast part merchants (Autodoc etc) telling me it out of stock. The item I need has two air chambers coming into the unit while the Valeo unit only has one. I am trying to locate a 2nd hand one nationally via breakers yards or contacting specialist European suppliers but no luck so far.........any help would be really appreciated.
