Hi I’m Deb.
Looking at buying a ds7 crossback.
I have mobility issues and struggle with the suvs and seating positions.
My slk is perfect until I need to transport people.
My dad had a ds21 back in the day I can clearly remember loving it far more than other cars aged 4. I grew up in his garage so have always been a bit of a petrolhead cars bikes anything with an engine.
Swore I would not have another French car after my 307 drove me mad obviously a Friday car as if it could go wrong it did. Then I’ve fell for the ds
Just scouting round to see how other are going my only concern is the engine size would have liked bigger than a 2L petrol,but we will see on the test drive.

Just need a lotto win and I’d buy an old and new one.
Although I hanker after the memory I love the tec in the new one and it has a nice feeling and style compared to the other suvs.

Not sure if you've test driven one yet, but I have a DS7 Crossback with the 2L pertrol engine and it goes like a train!

The driver's seat is electrically operated and slides back when you open the door to give you a little more room to get in and out. That might be useful. My 80 year old mother has limited mobility but can sit herself down and swing her legs in easily on the passenger side, and the height of the seat can be adjusted so that she doesn't have to bend her legs too much to sit down (she's around 5' 6" tall).

I love the car and I'm glad I moved up from a DS4.
