It's one of the one-make single seater racers run under Formule Bleue back in the '70 in France.
It had 1015cc GS engine, modified with cams and Weber 40 IDFs amongst others.
It seems they are still running them (presumably under historic racing series).
It would be appreciated if anyone can elaborate on their mechanical specifications - especially cams and carb settings.

I've been through all that - pretty light on details though. There is a facebook page for it, looks like they are still actively raced in large numbers in France.
