can any one say if the strut top mount is to be stright under the top nut and plate as i took a look if this was being the problem with the squeking behind the dash board and seen the it was not stright so as the car was jacked up i replaced it and ithe squeking stoped for a day or two but it back now

Hi, I've been given the job of rebuilding the cylinder head on this car. The problem I have is it came as box of bits. I've ground new valves in and am ready to fit the camshafts. With the numbers I have on the shafts I can't identify which is inlet and which is exhaust.
