Find a DPF doctor locally and just ask them to refill the fluid and reset the light.

As long there's no leak, you can still use this one, the hose is nothing else to prevent dust and water, so put it back with some kit.

I was thinking of replacing all the engine mounts after I'd done the less invasive work.

If I were to replace the engine mounts, I'd also like to replace the steering rack, as it also has the same symptoms as shown in this video:

No, no DPF on this model. I put a new plug on the MAF wiring.
An air leak would surely lead to lower air flow readings, not higher than reference.

Citroën C5 X7 rear door lock mechanism / door switch.

One of my rear door switches do not recognize the door being opened.
Central lock mechanism works properly.

Example:
Unlock the car, only open this particular door neither interior light turns on nor the central lock mechanism register door is open, so after approximate 30 seconds the doors...

A new BSM is quite affordable. And learning them being quite fault prone, a new one wouldn't hurt in the long run... Does BSM need coding when replacing?

No too sure about the timing correlation as I never checked, for now I've taken the engine/box back out again to fit a new clutch, the rear main seal was also leaking a bit when I tried it but until it ran I didn't want to put anything new in it at all. The clutch is dead easy if the unit is out of the van, I've done a few clutches over the years...

When filling the coolant did you use a tool to raise the level above the expansion tank to help get the air out ? if not have a read of this as it is easy to make one at minimum cost

ABS faults must have been poorly seated sensor, took it off cleaned it applied antiseize to the little M6 bolt, reset fault codes and bingo all working again, brakes feel much better not as grabby at low speed and no vibration at...

If there are same number of teeth and same ratio then the movement should't be shorter on activa. Except if the ram has shorter travel?

A couple of things.
The parts in the die cast case come apart easily, just take a photo before dismantling or keep one motor intact as a pattern to reassemble when cleaned and greased.

Your reference to a plastic cover has me stumped.
The shaft that the magnet sits on and has a worm drive at the end comes out of a circular metal case...

Problem was solved. Although, first replacement BSI which Ive bought didnt work(it was from Peugeot 307 even though serial number was the same like my old BSI, thus hydraulics and remote locking didnt work correctly) , second BSI which was from different series but same model H05-01 worked without issues.

We had this on a 2003 C3 and replacing the wiper motor with another used one fixed it. You could also check its wiring and earth are in good condition, especially where it goes between the tailgate and body.

My Vauxhall Combo, 2019, which is basically the same van, has a permanent B1717 Hinged Rear Door Locking Fault Status and B132F Hinged Rear Doors Lock Fault.

Works perfectly via a key or button, so Im assuming mines either a wiring problem, or a faulty lock mechanism.

thanks ozvtr i will look into that as i suspect this radio may be dead used my autel to scan the radio and cd player and it couldn't detect any faults.

Regarding your suggestions, I’m unsure if it’s a variable geometry system as it’s a twin turbo setup on the 173 2.2’s, I feel variable vanes would add more to the complexity but it could well be for all I know.
