EGR faults P11B2, P14A4 and DPF fault P1490

Hi everyone!
I have a Citroen Berlingo Multispace (2012) 100k mileage (Taxi)
I have the following errors coming up when using lexia (diagbox)
PO183 Fuel temperature measure - permanent fault - short circuit to positive or circuit open
P1536 Measurement of break pedal position
P1490 Particulate filter - Temporary fault - detected overload
P11B2 Measurement of the EGR exchanger bypass position - Temporary fault - short circuit to positive
P14A4 EGR Heat exchanger bypass - Temporary fault - confirmed jammed shut (cold side)
I have already done the following:
Changed DPF around 3000 miles ago
Changed EGR (electronic part) 250 miles ago (second hand)
Changed fuel temp sensor 250 miles ago (second hand)
For the moment the engine management light is staying off which is the most important because I have to get taxi test next week and this would be a failure
However, I have a fear the engine management light will come on, and dont know what else to check/do next to fix these faults
Can anyone give me some advice?
