Did you use a diagnostic tool to "tell" the car that a new DPF has been fitted?

Did you also check the level of your Eolys?

Yes, both good points Paul mentions:- the engine ECU will not know you have cleaned the DPF as it uses the weight of the additive that has been dumped into the filter over the miles. It does not use the differential pressure sensors alone to trigger the warning. So cleaning the filter is akin to replacing it - and the engine ECU needs to know this to cancel the warning. And again, it is the best time to top up the additive tank and reset the additive counter to zero.

You will need Diagbox or another suitable diagnostic tool to do this or the warning will not go.
