The forum is currently unable to deliver notification emails to some users with gmail accounts.
This is a result of the Google internet outage yesterday, but the ongoing effects are due to Amazon putting the affected addresses into a black list from which they must be manually removed. Amazon has however not actually implemented a usable interface to remove addresses from the black list, or even see what has been blacklisted.
I will see what I can do to resolve this, but in the worst case, the black list expires after 14 days.

It seems that Amazon have sorted this out, we have not had any email bounces for the last 12 hours. Some other Amazon customers with 100,000s on their mailing lists were getting pretty upset about it.
