Blacker than a bookmaker soul...

Post by dave »

The head lights on a Mk 2 Kangoo are only suitable for use in daylight

Has anyone any experience of a LED upgrade ?

H4 bulb iirc ?

Have you looked at sorting the problem?
Is the glass needing polished?
have you replaced the bulbs?
Have you checked the bulbs are getting a good power supply & earth?

spinning up the plastic with a da polisher won't make it any worse

You could clean them/get them cleaned, put in nightbreaker bulbs or just stay home dusk till dawn

Electric headlights are becoming increasingly popular now.
It does save the trouble of trimming the wick, or a new lump of carbide. :miserable:

lol at whoosh ?

all the kangoo's are speed limited to 69mph ;)

it's either for fuel economy or we like the smut value of having a larger 69 on the back door...

Sorry, that may be a bit obscure but is a less common internet thing than 'LOL'.

It means that the reference to electric lights being superior to paraffin or carbide lights was a humorous, sarcastic response to the 'electric Kangoo' statement that 'whoooshed' over your head.

Then make sure you pop the old halogen bulbs back in temporarily then!
