I recently bought a 308 with a few electrical issues.
I've sorted out the worst by changing the com2005.
But the airbag issue was a burning smell coming from the airbag ECU.
I stripped it down and bought an identical ECU from a non-crashed car. However when I have gone to fit it, the burning has damaged the connector on the wiring loom.
Does anyone know if it's possible to buy a replacement connector or is my only option to get a part loom from a scrapyard and splice it in to the original loom.
Peugeot 308 airbag ECU burnt out.

Re: Peugeot 308 airbag ECU burnt out.
That’s quite worrying, do we have any idea why it has burnt out?? How old is the car? If its under 10 years old I would imagine Peugeot UK would be very interested in this if the reason for burning out is unknown.
Most connectors are available as separate parts (despite what the parts department may tell you) but i cant think ive ever seen a repair connector for an airbag ECU
