Harman/ Becker rneg radio Bluetooth

The screen has gone blank on my my radio sat nav for radio and CD works also the sat nav the volume and the pause also work just as the screen has gone blank I cannot see anything to do anything with it the Citroen logo does not come onto the screen when you switch the ignition on it stays blank any help would be appreciated thank you

If the functions are working but the display is blank, then maybe your display screen has failed.


First it may help if you can confirm the following:

• Have you removed ANY connectors from the back of the Head Unit recently without first disconnecting the battery / or removing the Quad lock first and then reconnecting the quadlock last?
• Have you changed anything using Diagbox or Mirascripts?
• Have you done anything to the wiring (added an aftermarket device / cut / spliced into any wiring)?
