I should like to clarify a point that Chris briefly mentioned for avoidance of doubt. Our subscription is only for parts information and diagrams of those parts. It does not cover any technical documentation, repair guides or electrical diagrams.

The technical service requires a further subscription in the region of about £2000 per marque per year, which we are not subscribing to. Therefore any additional resources or extracts of technical info we are able to supply will be from the individuals themselves or from resources we have collectively assembled.

Hi ... just back after a loooonnnggg layoff and, with four really ill xantias rotting on the drive, 2 activate, 1 V6 and 1 TD, I"m sure I'll need access to PSA parts database again at some point. Can someone just confirm the current procedure. I had no idea things had changed that much ....apart from a devastating lack of xantia postings these days!!

Just make a £10 min donation using Paypal from the 'DONATIONS' grey tab at the top of this page. You will turn into the Incredible Hulk

as your Status will go Green and indicate your new Donor status.

Just had a look at the donate page and it says make a donation OR buy the forum stickers which I have previously done, donated and bought the stickers. Am I entitled to access the parts database having supported already? Just wondering ....

To qualify for assistance which requires access to the PSA servers, we ask that you have made a £10 within the current or previous calendar year.

A mate's just bought a DS3 and there I was waffling on about how I could find out information for him! (With Service Box) Thank PSA! At least I don't have to buy a PSA now! Can't believe I have to pay to find out what sodding brake discs he has... I love the system for yourselves to provide this but really he would have to do this. I'll let him know.

Yes, because PSA have now started charging for parts data we are providing a much better option for our members. We have an annual subscription which is cost-prohibitive for most individuals. We can then provide you with parts info by request and the parts diagram if needed. Your £10 min. donation supports the Forum to provide much more cost-effective access to this data and covers individuals for up to a 2 year period.

If you bought this yourself, individual access is from 5 Euros + VAT an hour plus any currency conversion charges prevalent at the time, and the access time starts ticking from your first access, so your access is up 60 minutes from first use.

Just create a post in the relative technical sections (Citroen / DS or Peugeot) - I can't see from your profile what car you have.

Make sure you post your VIN up at least once, as we'll need this to ensure the correct and current parts specifically for your vehicle. The VIN is masked automatically from public view once you submit you post. Staff can see it.
