Only if there is an integrated BHI present, whether metallic or hydropneumatic suspension and finally an area to configure the damping only for V6 engines.

Is it worth looking in the BSI configuration pages to see the ECU's listed.

They won’t be listed Kenny. Only the options I mentioned as part of the BSI configuration. These settings will not have changed on their own unless manually changed previously. Secondly, if there was any issue there with the wrong setting either the suspension wouldn’t be working or you would have a second suspension ECU showing under the global test but with another communication error.

I would do a BSI reset first paying attention to the timings and I would check the battery condition too while at it Kenny

One other thing - the diagnostic pin associated with the suspension diagnostic information going to the OBD connector is Pin 12. The same wire on the 32 pin Black wiring plug on the BHI is Pin E2. So might be worth checking the connector at the ECU end and that the pin on the diagnostic port / your OBD connector is making contact.

Let us know how it goes, it there's no continuity, there may be a pin issue or a break somewhere.

Well done BSI reset no change. Will start checking continuity at diagnostic socket and work my way through.
Will also check at sus ecu for a voltage.

Wish me luck knowing citroen electrics.

I wish that were true of mine, sorted the fuel problem, took the car on a 140 mile round trip on Friday, a mix of local and fast A417, All good apart from the torrential rain on the homeward journey.

Went out yesterday to take an old friend to lunch and the suspension is rock hard, pressing the up and down switch seems to work and show OK on the screen but it ain't, cant get it to normal ride position.

I'm guessing either the spilled diesel from the fuel problem or water from the rainstorm has got into the front height corrector (looking at it this morning it's up high on the front), so back under the damned thing when the rain stops.

Not on this one Kenny, it has a metal version of the old plastic dog bone, they occasionally disconnect (it hasn't) but they don't break.

The front one is pain to get near protected by the subframe. I must admit I did spray mine liberally with penetrating spray then once moving graphite spray with the frame off the car.
