Ok, so look at the last diagram Richard put up - that is where the blower control motor is located.
It is made by Denso, and although a new one will cost you £141 from Citroen including VAT, you can get an original Denso from here for £52.62 inc. VAT. Part number: 9821291880

Many Thanks Marc, Richard and everyone else.
This is an awesome site with some very knowledgeable individuals
I'll have a look for the module tonight using Richards brilliant diagrams and see if its the module that's screwed.
Then I'll bung one order (if they have them in stock), thanks to Marc for the part number.
Is there a Patron type, donate page for the site.
I feel that when people help they should in some be reward
Cheers
Zane
For info.... I have access to an Autodata data base for the next 30 days (trial) if anyone needs any technical info.

Hi Zane
Stumbled across this thread as my 2016 Grand Picasso has exactly the same problem. Did you get a fix? Was it the blower control unit? Local repair shop thinks it might be the resistor but can’t guarantee it. Neighbour thinks it could be a stuck relay. Any advice gratefully received!

Re: C4 Picasso 2014 Exclusive - Air Con Fan Issue (new Shape)
People get the terminology mixed up which often leads to incorrect parts....
The part that controls the blower motor fan speed on PSA vehicles is referred to as the Blower Motor Control Module, not to be confused with the Air Heating Resistance unit that supplements the engine heating to the passenger compartment.
Both do contain resistors and this is where it gets confusing.

Re: C4 Picasso 2014 Exclusive - Air Con Fan Issue (new Shape)
looking at the diagram uploaded and what is visible under my panel it looks like the control unit outlined is in fact the heater resistor unit on mine. Looks similar but not quite.
The heat is working when switched up and so is the aircon. Is there another control unit?
This device is bigger and more towards the central console l. Any help appreciate.
Thanks

I got the blower itself out to see if there was anything attached to it or behind but nothing.
Could it be something as simple as a fuse?

What are you looking for? This thread has multiple posters, so gets confusing as to what the issue is and what you are trying to find. The units in your bottom picture on your previous to last post are either the air distribution or air mixing reduction gear motors. Best to pop your VIN up as not all these are the same for all vehicles....

Hi Marc. Thanks for replying.
I'm looking for the blower control unit as mentiond and illustrated in the previous post history. It may be because I have the Exclusive+ model.
My VIN is VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]

Ok, so these are your system components:
Key:
(20) Mixing stepper motor (left side).
(21) Distribution stepper motor.
(22) Blower motor control module.
(23) Air intake stepper motor.
(24) Air blower motor.
(25) Mixing stepper motor (right side).
(26) Evaporator temperature sensor.
(27) Passenger compartment air heating resistor (*).
You will have a digital Air Blower Control Module:
(1) Digital air blower control module.
(a) 2 way connector.
(b) 2 way connector.
(c) 2 way connector.
Supplier: Meta System.
Control voltage of the blower motor as a function of the value received

Re: C4 Picasso 2014 Exclusive - Air Con Fan Issue (new Shape)
Brill thanks Marc. Thanks for confirming.
The reason I got confused is because when I search the same part it comes up as the heating resistor unit.
I'll source and replace. See what happens.
Thanks again!

I’m having the exact same problem on an exclusive+ as well, started yesterday.
Did you manage to source the right blower control module and if so did it fix the problem.
Cheers

Having the same problem here, a/c fans stuck on full, temp control works but fans wont stop pumping air into my face.
All the reading seems to suggest it's either a heating/heater resistor or blower control unit/module, ODB fault code reader was useless... guess I'll start looking under the dash
