Leak on the right hand side of Megane Scenic 1.5DCI

1.5DCI renault megane scenic 55 plate with a strange oil leak from the top of the engine, right hand side. Photos attached.

Where do I need to start and do I need to be worried, and rapping the car up in cotton wool.

I've just bought the thing and obviously didn't see this issue when first inspecting the car, waiting to hear back from the guy but want to make sure I'm not causing more harm then good.

Cars on just shy of 80k.

Oil seems to be on second inspection pooling around the ends of the joints of the tubes in that section.
